This Bluey Themed custom order we created encompasses so many fun and colorful elements! We use wrapped cake boards to build our cakes on and americolor food coloring to achieve the variety of colors we get for all of our cake designs. I made four fondant rainbows using Satin Ice Fondant, Satin Ice Gumpaste, fondant sculpting tools and a 9 inch fondant rolling pin. I also used mini fondant flower punch and 5 petal flower cookie cutters to create the cute little flowers around the top and base of the cake. I topped the cake design off with Pastel cake balls, bright rainbow balls and Purple Cake balls, You can use any coordinating cake balls to create this design, but these specific balls are the ones that we used for this specific cake design.
I often recommend using toys when placing characters on a fun cake since the kids can play with them afterwards and usually the 3d fondant figures are too hard to actually eat after the celebration is done. We ordered these Bluey Toys from amazon as well to put the final touch!!
