Make Our Dubai Chocolate Bar Cupcake

The first time I heard about Dubai Chocolate was at Christmas when my daughter Hadley asked for Dubai Chocolate for Christmas! Santa needed a second job to pay for this new social media phenomenon.

Due to the popularity of Dubai Chocolate we decided to add this new flavor to our March Weekly Case cupcakes! This delicious cupcake is filled with a pistachio cream filling we made here at the bakery. See below to purchase ingredients to make it yourself and click on the hyperlink

You will want to start with your favorite Pistachio cupcake recipe. To make the filling you will need Pistachio Cream, Tahini Paste and Phyllo Dough.

In a large bowl, combine 10 ounces of pistachio cream, ¾ ounce of tahini and a pinch of salt. Mix them together until well blended. Next, add the toasted Phyllo Dough into the mixture and stir until everything is evenly incorporated.

Core your cupcake. Create a whipped chocolate frosting “boat” on top as seen in the video. Fill your pastry bag with pistachio cream filling, filling up the center of the cored cupcake all the way to the top of your frosting boat. Top with a mini candy bar using your Mini Chocolate Bar mold and Edible gold dust.
